Keeping the Samaja’s campuses and halls safe, functional, and ready to serve a growing community.
The Building Committee oversees the maintenance, renovation, and development of KSB’s built properties. This includes the Vasanthnagar campus, home to the Cariappa Convention Centre, Thimayya Community Hall, Sree Cauvery Hall, and the Sports & Recreation Club, as well as the approximately seven-acre Field Marshal K. M. Cariappa and General K. S. Thimayya Campus at Yelahanka.
From routine upkeep to major construction projects, the committee ensures that the Samaja’s facilities remain safe, functional, and ready to serve the community’s growing needs.
